When purchasing our natural products you accept that some ingredients may cause allergic reactions. We use clean ordinary ingredients like hyaluronic acid and essential oil. Essential oils may cause sensitivity to some individuals. Performing a patch test on the skin is important. All facts, details, and recommendations on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advise of your professional provider. Customer reviews are individual perception of a particular product. Our recommendations are based on widely accepted facts about a particular natural ingredient. Our natural skincare products are not medication, and we can only make recommendation for a suitable product for certain skin ailments. The purchaser accepts all risks. By purchasing our products  the purchaser accepts all responsibility to check with a professional to see if the product will interfere with drugs or medical conditions.  All products are designed for ages 18 up. All orders ship with in 3 to 5 days. We ship by USPS only. We do not ship out of the US Standard shipping is a flat $7.60. Free shipping on orders $50. and over, Estimate arrival 3- 8 business days. Tracking and order conformation is sent to your email,

                                                                              Return & Refund Policy

We do our best to provide products of the highest quality that offer superb results and an enjoyable experience.  If you decide against your purchase after receiving the product,  a refund can be given on new and unopened items according to the policy and instructions as outlined here.

We only accept returns on unopened products.  This includes the original shrink-wrap still intact.  Returns request must be made within 15 days of the original order date.  In the event that you receive a damaged item. Do not throw it away. Email a picture to ntymebeauty@gmail.com  We want to be sure to make it right and exchange a damaged product for a new product. All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Return Instructions:

Once you have read our return policy, take the following steps to process a return.

1. Send an email to ntymebeauty@gmail.com  Include first and last name, order number (when provided) Date of purchase, name of product, reason for return.
2. You will receive an email response in 24 hours. Giving you a refund authorization number. Print email to include in return.
3. Mail the return within 10 days of receiving refund authorization. All shipping charges are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking.  We are not responsible for lost, or missing returns.
4. Provided that your return has met all the necessary criteria in this policy, please allow 7 business days for your refund to process.  Your bank or credit card company may also require processing time.  Refunds will be issued on the original method of payment.
